Go early, parking fills fast. Arrive **Happy Camp** ([mapa](https://mapy.cz/turisticka?x=-123.381&y=41.793&z=13)) by afternoon: - **Big grocery shop** — last real town for a while (covers Phase 1 leftovers + Illinois + start of Rogue). - Camp near Happy Camp or at the Clear Creek area. ## May 4 (Mon) — Clear Creek Double-Dip + Illinois Prep **Morning — Clear Creek Upper (Trunda + Vojta)** - Class IV, narrow canyon, crystal-clear emerald water. - Extremely scenic, rarely paddled — great for adventure photos. - Beta: https://www.americanwhitewater.org/content/River/view/river-detail/166/main - Sarka hikes along or chills at camp. **Afternoon — Clear Creek Lower (Trunda + Sarka)** - Class II, mellow but stunning.
